Membership Terms and Responsible-Use Policy
These terms apply to all Canna Life Co members and govern access to members-only products, private-use expectations, and responsible conduct.
1. Eligibility
Membership is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older. Members must provide accurate identity details and may be required to present valid ID or passport information for verification.
2. Private Use
Membership and products are intended for lawful private use only. Redistribution, resale, or use outside applicable South African legal boundaries is prohibited.
3. Responsible Use
Members are responsible for safe, informed, and moderate use. If you have health concerns, seek professional medical advice before using any product.
4. Member Information and POPIA
Canna Life Co processes personal information for membership administration, communication, and compliance in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Information is handled with care and limited to operational needs.
5. Breach and Enforcement
False identity declarations, fraud, misuse, or conduct contrary to these terms may result in membership refusal, suspension, cancellation, and where relevant, referral to authorities.
